Inflation Record answers a simple question with official numbers: what was money worth — then versus now? We build inflation and purchasing-power tools on published government data (BLS and BEA), show the index values behind every result, and label every calculation with its basis, so anyone — a student, a journalist, an HR manager, a retiree — can verify the answer in one click.
